Welcome to the official online store of Bandit Fine Art. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and your purchases through the Wix-powered store. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Products

All artworks sold through this website are high-quality fine art prints of original drawings by Steven. Customers may also choose optional framing services provided via a third-party partner, The Frame Store. Each print is made to order. Please allow time for production and (if applicable) framing before shipment.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes where relevant.

We accept the following payment methods:

PayPal

Payments are securely processed through Wix Payments and trusted third-party providers. Orders will not be fulfilled until payment has been successfully received.

3. Shipping

At this time, shipping is available within the United Kingdom only.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. We aim to dispatch all orders promptly once production and (if selected) framing are complete. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on location and framing requirements.

4. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your print, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging
You must contact us first to arrange the return

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Custom framing costs are non-refundable, as these are handled by a third-party service.

5. Custom Orders

At this time, Steven does not accept commissions or custom artwork requests. All artworks listed on the website are sold as-is.

6. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Bandit Fine Art and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

7. Third-Party Services

Framing services are fulfilled by The Frame Store. Any issues or delays related to framing may be subject to their terms and processing times.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
