Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Bandit Fine Art. If for any reason you are not happy with your print, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

 

If you are not satisfied with your print, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.

  • The item must be returned in its original condition and original packaging.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
     

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [your contact email], including:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the damage or error
     

We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly — whether by issuing a refund, replacement, or exchange.

3. Framed Prints

 

Please note that framed prints are custom orders fulfilled through our third-party framing partner, The Frame Store. As such:

​

  • Framing costs are non-refundable, unless the frame arrives damaged.

  • Refunds for framed orders will be processed minus the framing fee.
    ​

4. Non-Returnable Items

 

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

  • Items that have been damaged after arrival

  • Items returned without prior contact

  • Commissioned work (not offered at this time)
     

5. How to Start a Return

Include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if applicable). We will provide return instructions and shipping details.

6. Refund Timeframe

 

Once your return has been received and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.
